The McLibel Two, aka Dave Morris and Helen Steel, are alive and well and now digging landfill sites on McDonald's land. To commemorate the first anniversary of the epic trial verdicts, the dastardly two crept into Big Mac 'territory', dug a hole and buried a copy of Franny Armstrong's documentary - and, er, a copy of McLibel, by myself. Sort of fits in with McDonald's attitude to landfill ("I can see .... dumping to be a benefit. Otherwise you will end up with gravel pits all over the country" - a senior VP in the trial).
