Dear Mr DePlage (sic),
Thank you for your letter of 17th July addresssed to Paul Preston regarding the current libel trial in the High Court involving McDonald's and member s of London Greenpeace.
We do not wish to take up an opportunity to film an interview for a documentary regarding the case prior to it's conclusion. We would give consideration to such a request following Judgement when it would be more appropriate to discuss the action.
